Category 3 Clubsprint Class

A brief overview of the Clubsprint Class regulations

  • All entries must be driven by the registered owner of the vehicle.
  • Unlimited Suspension modifications are allowed.
  • Vehicles must retain their originally designated engine and configuration. For example; if your vehicle came from the manufacturer with a Naturally Aspirated SR20 then it must retain this engine and aspiration otherwise you will be moved to Open Class. Apart from this unlimited engine modifications are allowed.
  • Convertible vehicles must either a hard top or a full roll cage which will be effective in the event of the vehicle rolling onto its roof. All hardtops must be securely attached to the body.

Vehicles must be equipped with:

  • Full exhaust system exiting after the rear axle and compliant with CAMS regulations
  • Full interior. The only exception is for vehicles which have a half cage which needs the back seat to be removed.
  • Tyres with a UTQG rating (What's UTQG? See explanation at the bottom of the page) higher than 100 such as Yokohama ADVAN Sport, Yokohama S.drive and Yokohama A.driveR1. Each competitor will have to advise the Promoter on their entry form which tyre they are going to use. If the tyres fitted to your vehicle have a UTQG rating under or equal to 100 you may be moved into the Open Class or refused entry entirely.
  • A system that runs on pump fuel. Octane booster is allowed. No nitrous systems are allowed.
  • FIA Approved 4 Point Harness minimum.
