Yokohama Australia – Adelaide Motorsport Festival Giveaway T&Cs
1. Promoter
The promoter is Yokohama Tyre Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 26 001 352 146).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to any person aged 16 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion will be conducted across two separate social media posts:
• Post 1: Opens Thursday 5 February 2026 and closes 11:59pm ACDT Monday 9 February 2026
• Post 2: Opens Tuesday 10 February 2026 and closes 11:59pm ACDT Monday 16 February 2026
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must, during the relevant promotion period:
• Like the competition post
• Follow the official YOKOHAMA Instagram or Facebook account
• Comment on the post as instructed
Each eligible participant may submit one (1) entry only per post.
If a participant submits multiple comments on the same post, all comments will be counted as a single entry only.
5. Prize Details
• Post 1: Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) double pass to the Adelaide Motorsport Festival
• Post 2: Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) double pass to the Adelaide Motorsport Festival
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Prize Exclusions
The prize does not include flights, accommodation, travel or transport to and from the event, or any other expenses not expressly stated. Any additional costs associated with attending the Adelaide Motorsport Festival are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Prize Draw & Winner Selection
This promotion is a game of chance. Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received for each post.
8. Winner Notification
• Post 1 winners will be drawn and announced on Tuesday 10 February 2026
• Post 2 winners will be drawn and announced on Tuesday 17 February 2026
Winners will be announced via a reply to their comment and/or via Instagram or Facebook Stories and contacted via direct message. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable time, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
9. Permit Information
A permit is not required for this promotion as the total prize pool value is less than $5,000.
10. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants. Incomplete, indecipherable, or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its control.

Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
